For portal access we store an email address, an optional display name, an authentication record and the date the account was created. We do not collect payment information and we do not operate advertising or third-party tracking on this website.
Purpose
Account data is used solely to authenticate access to the research portal and to determine whether an account holds read-only or administrative permissions.
Retention and deletion
Account data is retained for as long as the account remains active. Account holders may request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.
Disclosure
Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties, other than the infrastructure providers required to host the website, database and authentication service.
